I do not wait longer than five minutes past your scheduled appointment time. If I have not heard from you, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and you will be billed via PAYPAL. If you prepaid, there will be no refund.

I do not accept $100 bills and do not make change.

I do not process credit cards in the office.

Same day appointments cannot be changed or cancelled without calling me and you are still liable for payment. If you're not certain you can make the appointment, do not block my calendar.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment there is a link in your email to do that but must be done a minimum of twelve hours in advance. Do not email me to cancel an appointment. You must use the link in your confirmation email OR call.

There is no waiting room. Only one person at a time is permitted in the office.

No refunds.

No chewing gum.
